Another weekend post!

My sister in law came over with my nieces and nephew for a bit Friday. It was nice to see Ella play with her cousins! Friday night Chad and I had a mini date, which was nice. We got to go to dinner without Ella, aka the Hulk, being mad because we couldnt feed her fast enough. She's a little eater that's for sure!

  

Saturday we went to see one of Chad's friends bull ride, that was crazy! We had a lot of fun but boy is that a dangerous sport! 

Today we are just hanging out. Chad switched shifts this week but luckily his schedule is only Sunday-Wednesday this week! So while daddy is at work Ella and I are snuggled up on the couch watching Yo Gabba Gabba. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! 

Weekend Fun

We spent the weekend just hanging out and taking it easy. Friday night we went to dinner with my mom and step dad at this FABULOUS Italian restaurant. It is hands down the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. Everything is made from scratch and their tiramisu is heavenly. Ella got her share of homemade bread, there was no stopping her. She even shared with me! 

 And of course we had to take a family photo!

Saturday we went to bon fire and got a baby sitter, what?! We didn't stay out too late but we had a good time. Sunday we played all morning until we headed to our brother in laws 30th birthday party. We grilled out and the kids played and had a good time. Of course the Mac & Cheese bandit (Ella) struck again and she turned angry when I told her no more. 

It was a wonderful weekend of staying at home and relaxing. Chad is leaving for Kentucky Friday night and it will be Ella, Darcie, and I all to ourselves! 

 

Lazy Saturday

Today has been such a lazy Saturday for us. Chad plays flag football Saturday mornings so that leaves Ella and I home by ourselves. Typically we spend the morning doing something my mom aka Mimi. This morning after Ella's morning nap we headed to our favorite store, Target! Of course we hit the Starbucks line but I also had to exchange some diapers. Oh, the life of a mom! 

Chad and I are cuddled up on the couch while Ella is taking a nap watching our favorite show, Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. Triple D if you're a hardcore fan! ;) I hope everyone has a beautiful day!
